VHB is seeking a Senior GIS Analyst/Project Manager to join our growing team in New England. The ideal candidate will be able to work a hybrid schedule out of one of our Massachusetts offices, our Providence, RI office, or our Wethersfield, CT office; however, other New England office locations may also be considered. This role will be part of VHB's GIS team, supporting a wide range of clients with geographic information system (GIS) services across sectors including transportation, state departments of transportation (DOT), municipal governments, energy, institutional, real estate, and federal agencies.
The successful candidate should have hands‑on leadership experience managing projects, serving as a mentor to junior GIS staff and be proficient in the Esri Software Suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Field Maps, Survey123, ArcGIS Enterprise) and proficient in database management. The position offers opportunity in expanding and continuing to shape the group.
Our best estimate of the salary range for this position located in Massachusetts is $98,000-123,000 and for the position located in Vermont is $82,000-105,000. This offer is determined based on a number of job‑related factors including internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities and geographic location.
