Reporting to the Senior Director of Gift Planning, the role manages a portfolio of about 100 prospects, conducts ~100 donor visits annually, and targets roughly $1.5M in solicitations and $500k in planned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-7 years in higher education advancement or nonprofit fundraising.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of ~100 planned giving prospects and donors, execute cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
  • Conduct ~100 donor visits annually to advance prospects through the pipeline.
  • Achieve annual goals by managing ~$1.5M in solicitations and $500k in commitments (gifts $25,000+).
  • Collaborate with donors’ advisors and keep current knowledge of gift planning strategies, tax considerations, and best practices.
  • Maintain donor recognition and support stewardship in partnership with leadership.
