Job summary

You will manage an active pipeline of 8–10 GGL loans, assemble documentation, verify signatures, and ensure GGL compliance with current SOPs, working with borrowers, attorneys, and title/escrow professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GGL experience.
• Bachelor's or equivalent in business/finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of closing transactions and documentation review.

Responsibilities

• Manage closing transactions for GGL loans including docs and due diligence.
• Coordinate with borrowers, attorneys and third parties for timely document production.
• Update Salesforce with pipeline data weekly for tracking.
