Job summary

The Global Edge Consultants in Texas (Spring) seeks an experienced geodesy specialist to integrate geodetic systems, analyze GNSS positioning data, and lead datum and transformation efforts. You will manage CRS, and contribute to high-accuracy satellite-based surveying for diverse business units.

Responsibilities include administering the GeoRepository, supporting subsea positioning, QC on geophysical surveys, and collaborating with Geodetic Principal and cross-functional teams while upholding

Qualifications

• Degree in Geodesy with practical experience in acoustic, seismic, and GNSS.
• 10+ years in Geodetic support in Oil & Gas.
• Proficient with ESRI ARCPro, Petrel, Studio, and Global Mapper.
• Ability to perform routine geospatial analysis and adjustments.
• Strong leadership and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate geodetic systems and positioning data for multiple business units.
• Expertise in datums, ITRF relationships, and time-dependent transformations.
• Administer Geomatics Solutions GeoRepository.
• Coordinate reference systems, subsea positioning, and vessel navigation systems validation.
• QC on geophysical surveys and data deliverables.
