Qualifications include a Civil/Geotechnical Engineering degree, PE licensure, and 6+ years of geotechnical experience, with strong communication and business development skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering; PE licensure required.
• 6+ years of geotechnical experience; field experience preferred.
• Experience preparing technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical analyses, design pile elements, and underpinning systems; conduct inspections.
• Prepare proposals, reports, construction documents, and related correspondence.
• Supervise field investigations and earthwork/construction activities.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules; prepare progress reports and invoices.
• Coach and mentor junior staff; coordinate with clients and regulators.
