Job summary

ECS Limited seeks an experienced Geotechnical Senior Project Engineer to lead key Roanoke projects, provide technical oversight, ensure quality, and mentor junior staff. The role covers full project lifecycle from scoping to execution and includes potential client engagement to support business development.

Requirements include 5+ years in geotechnical engineering, a PE license, and strong leadership and communication skills. MS degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Business development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of geotechnical projects.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and plans.
• Perform geotechnical analyses and engineering calculations.
• Supervise field exploration programs and interpret data.
• Review engineering designs and specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and project managers.
• Support business development through client engagement.
