• Bachelor's or higher in Civil/Geology with a PE or PG license is required.
• 8+ years of related geotechnical experience with leadership responsibilities.

• Provide technical oversight for geotechnical projects and final reviews.
• Mentor and develop Senior Project Managers and staff.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and project teams.
