This position supports remote, in-person, or hybrid work arrangements. Competitive compensation ranges from $155,000 to $245,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale environmental restoration projects.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, contractors, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage geotechnical investigations.
• Analyze field data and engineering reports.
• Mentor mid-level and junior geotechnical staff.
• Manage and review geotechnical modeling and analysis.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Identify project opportunities and prepare proposals.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Document high-level risks and constraints.
