Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 8–11 years of experience is required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer status is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure a safe work environment.
• Provide continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.
• Ensure consistent quality standards on project and proposal delivery.
• Develop understanding of project-related risk and protect the Company.
• Provide technical direction for routine and complex projects.
• Conceptualize the initial design and/or investigative approach for major project phases.
• Plan and coordinate engineering work involving conventional practices and complex features.
• Review projects requiring complex investigation techniques and prepare client reports.
• Lead technical training and contribute to marketing and business development.
• Supervise less experienced engineers or technical staff.
• Serve as a Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer.
