Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA is seeking Senior Geotechnical Engineers with 10+ years of experience to join teams across Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Beaumont. This full-time role offers clear advancement toward leadership positions, with relocation assistance and a path toward PE licensure.

The role focuses on technical leadership, project management, and client engagement in heavy industrial projects, including refineries, LNG facilities, and large infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience with increasing responsibility.
• MS or PhD in Civil Engineering; Geotechnical emphasis preferred.
• P.E. license in Louisiana or Texas preferred, or ability to obtain soon after hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review advanced geotechnical analyses including foundation design and slope stability.
• Review, stamp, and sign geotechnical reports and engineering deliverables.
• Interpret field and lab data to develop site-specific recommendations.
• Oversee subsurface investigations and lab testing programs.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate client communications across offices.
