Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering; Master’s or PhD strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience, with leadership of complex infrastructure projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and additional credentials are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations abilities; ability to drive strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and technical direction for an integrated geotechnical team.
• Plan, execute, and oversee advanced geotechnical investigations.
• Mentor teams and develop future technical leaders while promoting accountability and innovation.
