Job summary

Verdantas LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced project level Civil/Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing practice. The role is hybrid and can be based in Temecula or other nearby locations.

You will manage geotechnical investigations, supervise staff, prepare proposals, and review technical reports. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or engineering geology and have 7+ years of experience in geotechnical fields.

Competitive salary starting at $125,000 plus benefits including medical, dental, and a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in managing geotechnical aspects of land development and construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical investigations for major development/construction projects.
• Supervise and mentor staff engineers and technicians.
• Prepare and present proposals and budgets for new projects.
• Review grading and foundation plans.
