Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate field; Master’s preferred.
• 10 years of related professional experience required.
• Professional Engineer or Certified Engineering Geologist license is required.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to visit and enter secure federal installations after background checks.

Responsibilities

• Leads all project management tasks such as budgets, scopes, client billings, field report reviews, and proposal development.
• Serves as a technical resource for clients to solve complex challenges.
• Coordinates field operations including directing field staff and subcontractors.
• Oversees detailed explorations and construction activities.
• Collects field samples and prepares field reports and deliverables.
• Leads business-development activities and coordinates with marketing for federal pursuits in Indo-Pacific.
• Develops GIS-related project deliverables and complex models.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Master’s degree preferred

Professional Engineer license or Certified Engineering Geologist license

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Valid driver’s license

Ability to visit secure federal installations
