Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering is required.
• 5–10+ years of geotechnical experience.
• SC PE license (Professional Engineer) required or eligible.
• Strong report writing and computational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geotechnical investigations: field exploration, lab testing, and analysis of soils/rock properties.
• Design foundations and earthworks for structures and infrastructure.
• Prepare technical reports detailing findings, analyses and recommendations.
• Provide technical support for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Project budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing responsibilities.
• Project management: oversee geotechnical projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with civil, structural, and environmental engineers.
