Qualifications

• Requires BS in civil or geotechnical engineering, 9+ years of experience, and PE Certification.
• Ability to delegate and develop direct reports.
• Strong reading, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-department problems and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for moderate to complex projects.
• Develop and execute whole scopes.
• Review engineering work of others.
• Perform engineering analysis using company and industry methodologies.
• Make geotechnical recommendations and prepares engineering reports for senior review.
• Coordinate project assignments with other engineers and technicians.
• Review drawings and recommend changes.
• Capable of managing project teams including engineering and field support personnel.
• Oversee and train junior staff and mentoring.
