The Geotechnical Engineering Unit collects and analyzes subsurface information and provides geotechnical engineering designs and recommendations for roadways and structures. For more information, see the Geotechnical Engineering Unit Overview and Video.
We are looking for a Senior Geotechnical Driller in our Asheville Office.
Applicants must submit an application that clearly reflects work experience demonstrating:
Pre-employment drug testing will be required. As a condition of employment, a release form (ALCDRG-01) and a background statement (ALCDRG-06) must be completed and signed.
Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Survey Technology, or related discipline from an accredited institution and three years of technician-level experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Applicants must meet all minimum and Knowledge, Skills, and Ability requirements, and include all relevant education and work experience in their application.
