The location is highly flexible; UES has offices across the U.S.

The role combines technical leadership, client engagement, and project management to ensure profitability, safety, quality, and integrity while traveling up to 70% to serve clients and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering; PE licensed.
• 8+ years geotechnical experience with 3+ in senior roles.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects.
• Strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects for dams, levees, and hydropower facilities.
• Support business development and client engagement.
• Mentor project managers and ensure profitability.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
