Celestar, a B&A Company, seeks a Senior Geospatial Research Analyst for US Southern Command - J2 Research Analysis Support located at SOUTHCOM. You will work with a collaborative team to apply geospatial analytics and all-source methods to complex intelligence challenges. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years in geospatial fields; Master’s preferred.

Active TS/SCI clearance required. Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and related tools, OSINT, and data stewardship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related field; or 7+ years of minimal experience in these fields of study or supporting DoD geospatial and all-source analysis, research, and production.
• Master's degree preferred
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Responsibilities

• Apply and lead geospatial analytics and all-source intelligence methodologies, theories, and frameworks; and AI/ML, data quality, enrichment, and stewardship processes and techniques to research.
• Develop and oversee data stewardship techniques best practices.
• Collaborate with other data providers and analysts to improve access to key data and lead the curation of country and regional pages in EDA.
• Leverage the knowledge of peers to better understand analytic trends and initiatives.
