Job summary

Tactica Solutions is seeking an experienced Geospatial Analyst Senior to support the U.S. Army INSCOM APOGEE program at Fort Gordon.

You will apply advanced GEOINT capabilities, GIS, and spatial data processing to deliver actionable intelligence through reports and briefings. The role requires expert GIS knowledge (Esri ArcGIS, QGIS, MapBox, GeoServer), experience with spatial databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostGIS), and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

MA or MS in a technical geospatial field with 5 years of relevant experience; or BA/BS with 10 years; or HS diploma with DoD GEOINT training and 15 years intelligence experience.
Current/active TS/SCI security clearance with SSBI.
Expert knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Platform, QGIS, MapBox, GeoServer.
Experience with spatial relational databases: Oracle, MSSQL, or PostGIS.
Ability to present geospatial information via reports and multimedia presentations.

Responsibilities

Analyze the full spectrum of US Government and commercial GEOINT assets and maintain expertise in associated tradecraft (SAR, EO, MTI, LiDAR, OPIR, GI&S, WAPS).
Maintain proficiency with tools and databases to access supporting intelligence information.
Use GIS methods and tools to answer critical intelligence questions.
Utilize non-standard software suites (SAP, CAP, CNWDI level programs) for exploitation and training.
Adhere to GEOINT technical publications, policies, and directives at all levels.
Capture analytical findings in textual/graphic/vector formats per policy and ensure timely GEOINT reporting.
Stay familiar with classification guides, security policy, and ICDs.
Remain aware of geo-political events relevant to supported commands and theaters.
