Job summary

Tactica Solutions is seeking an experienced Geospatial Analyst Expert to support the U.S. Army INSCOM APOGEE program at Fort Gordon.

You will apply advanced geospatial analysis and GIS expertise to critical Army and national intelligence requirements, using Esri ArcGIS, QGIS, MapBox, and GeoServer to produce actionable GEOINT through reports, graphics, and briefings. Qualifications

• MA or MS in Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related field AND 10 years of relevant experience; OR BA/BS in a technical field AND 15 years of experience.
• College degree must be in GIS, Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related field.
• Current/active TS/SCI security clearance with SSBI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze full spectrum of US Government and commercial GEOINT assets and maintain tradecraft in SAR, EO, MTI, LiDAR, OPIR, GI&S, WAPS.
• Access supporting intelligence information with required tools and databases.
• Apply GIS methods and tools to answer critical intelligence questions.
• Develop geoprocessing workflows using Python, R, SAS, Java or similar languages.
• Prepare textual, graphic, and multimedia GEOINT reports for senior leaders.
