Job summary

Tactica Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Geospatial Analyst Expert to support the U.S. Army INSCOM APOGEE program at Fort Gordon, GA.

You will apply advanced geospatial analysis and GEOINT techniques to critical intelligence requirements and produce clear reports, graphics, and briefings for leadership. You will master Esri ArcGIS, QGIS, MapBox, GeoServer, and GIS databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL/PostGIS), with TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

MA or MS in a technical field such as Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
BA/BS in Geomatics/Geospatial Sciences or related field with 15 years of relevant experience.
College degree must be in Geospatial Information & Services (GIS), Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

Analyze the full spectrum of US Government and commercial GEOINT assets and maintain tradecraft proficiency in SAR, EO, MTI, LiDAR, OPIR, GI&S, WAPS.
Operate GIS tools to access intelligence information and support GEOINT customer needs.
Produce clear GEOINT reporting via text, graphics, briefings, and multimedia presentations.
Utilize SAP, CAP, CNWDI level programs for exploitation readiness and training as required.
Follow GEOINT publications, policies, and directives at all levels.
Ensure GEOINT findings are documented per classification and policy guidelines.
Maintain knowledge of ICDs and security policies.
Stay informed on geo-political events relevant to Combatant Commands.
