Job summary

Woolpert is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join Atlas Labs, supporting our Geospatial sector. You will write code daily in Python (and possibly C++/JS), contribute to AI/ML features, and collaborate with a Scrum team.

Applicants must have work authorization in the United States and experience building commercial software, with familiarity in Linux, Docker, GitHub, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience writing production code in Python, preferably dealing with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and GitHub.
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, research, design, architecture, development, and testing of Atlas Labs software features.
• Write code daily in Python and possibly in C++ or JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum team including AI/ML, Geospatial Data, and GIS experts.
