Qualifications

• Experience in the Greater Atlanta market is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to serve clients.
• Prepare proposals and client agreements.
• Develop professional relationships with clients, public agencies and leaders.
• Coordinate tasks, budgets and schedules to meet client timelines.
• Lead design, plan production and permitting for land development projects.
• Support standards development and continuous improvement within the team.
