BlackIron is seeking a Senior Geopolitical Analyst for South & Central America to lead open source and all-source analysis. You will craft precise Boolean queries, synthesize multilingual data, and deliver concise first-draft analyses to senior decision makers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in regional geopolitical analysis, enjoy fast-moving, high-stakes requirements, and can work both collaboratively and independently to manage a product line from intake to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in open source or all-source analysis related to South and Central America.
• Able to craft sound Boolean queries and parse multilingual datasets.
• Capable of writing first-draft quality analysis on tight timelines for serious customers.
• Collaborate across regions and mission areas; manage a product line from intake to delivery.
• Language capability is valued but not required; CAP graduates are highly valued.

Responsibilities
