Job summary

Office Tue–Thu with remote Mon & Fri; some field visits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in GIS or related field preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years GIS experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Desktop tools and geodatabase management.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy and map quality.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Generate maps and reports to support leasing, drilling, and operations.
• Maintain geospatial datasets, attributes, and file structures.
• Perform spatial analyses to inform decisions.
• Integrate external data sources for GIS projects.
• Provide GIS support and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Ensure geodatabase integrity and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Research and keep GIS data current.
• Stay updated on GIS tools and practices.
