Haley & Aldrich seeks a Senior Technical Expert/Program Manager, Geologist to lead nationwide environmental work for industrial and manufacturing clients. You will guide site investigations, remediation strategies, and regulatory planning from a technical leadership position.

The role requires an active Professional Geologist license (Georgia license or reciprocity preferred) and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across Greenville, SC, Charlotte, NC, and Raleigh, NC offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related field.
• 16+ years of related work experience including direct project management experience.
• Active Professional Geologist license; Georgia license preferred or reciprocity possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and programs with a focus on delivery, quality, safety, and financial performance.
• Develop team technical competence and ensure adherence to codes and regulations.
• Manage contract negotiations, pricing, planning, and resourcing for programs.
• Communicate with clients, partners, and regulators; oversee site characterization and remediation programs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks.
