Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geoscience, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient technical writing, verbal communication, reasoning, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently or with minimal direction in performing tasks.
• Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations and assessments of soil, groundwater, surface water using standard procedures.
• Support site characterization with field data and subsurface explorations.
• Perform basic construction observation, QC documentation, and field testing tasks.
• Prepare detailed documentation of activities in field and data evaluation.
• Draft technical sections of project communications and reports.
• Assist with scope of work development and cost estimating for proposals.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety protocols.
