Job summary

TRIAEM LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a high-visibility NGA program from Springfield, VA or Chantilly, VA. The role requires guiding enterprise GEOINT systems, mentoring engineers, and delivering solutions across complex environments.

Applicants should have 12+ years in DoD/IC contexts, a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility, and strong leadership and systems engineering expertise to drive critical missions for national security."

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related technical field.
• 12+ years of experience supporting government or industry programs in DoD/IC environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams across planning, design, integration of enterprise GEOINT systems.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers in requirements, integration, testing, and analysis.
• Perform requirements analysis, traceability, and allocation across architectures and programs.
• Support cloud service evaluations and scheduling optimization.
• Develop solution designs and engineering approaches based on mission needs and emerging tech.
