Job summary

PotomacWave is seeking a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Departmental Requirements Officer (DRO) to support a Federal client in Washington, DC. The role focuses on GEOINT collection management, planning integrated collection campaigns, and coordinating national and theater assets.

Qualifications include 8+ years in GEOINT collection management/analysis, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active TS clearance or DOE Q. Salary range is $80,000–$115,000 per year. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Eight years or more of GEOINT collection management/analysis experience at tactical, strategic, or national levels.
• Strong technical understanding of GEOINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination requirements.
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and multiple GEOINT NTMs and commercial collection systems.
• Knowledge of theater and national intelligence collection platforms and ISR integration strategies.
• Ability to instruct federal analysts on GEOINT products, systems, and tool sets.
• Counterintelligence scope polygraph readiness may be required.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and submit GEOINT collection requirements for analysts.
• Provide expert GEOINT collection management and requirements analysis.
• Develop and present collection management strategies and approaches.
• Collaborate with collection managers across the Intelligence Community.
• Coordinate client GEOINT requirements within the GEOINT Requirements Subcommittee structure.
• Participate in reviews of tools, processes, tactics, and procedures.
• Use GEOINT databases and query tools to develop reports.
• Maintain national and local GEOINT databases and web pages.
• Conduct strategic collection planning and assess collection effectiveness.
• Monitor current intelligence on specified targets.
