Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of configuration/document management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CMDB, configuration-management, and version-control systems (Git).
• Desirable CICM certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain configuration-item records, software baselines, license tracking, and architectural documentation.
• Track system changes in ServiceNow and coordinate approvals and implementation records.
• Organize and document Configuration Control Board and Engineering Review Board meetings.
• Administer version control and CMDB records; preserve traceability of project artifacts.
• Manage document classification, retrieval, distribution, and approved records procedures.
