TULK | Swift·Wise·Counsel is seeking a Senior Collections Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide advanced GEOINT tradecraft instruction and support various learning events. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in Collections tradecraft and relevant teaching certifications.

The role requires strong expertise in GEOINT, including collection requirements, strategies, and foundational data. This position offers a robust benefits package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting federal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution related to GEOINT.
• DoD Basic Instructor Certification required.
• 10+ years experience in Collections tradecraft methodology.
• 2+ years experience in adult learning content delivery.
• Must possess a current Top Secret / SCI Personnel Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in GEOINT collections requirements.
• Deliver GEOINT tradecraft instruction for NGC courses.
• Update courseware and supporting learning materials.
• Develop and implement new GEOINT learning solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on training execution.
