TULK | Swift·Wise·Counsel is seeking a Senior-level Foundations Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Springfield, Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in GEOINT data, deliver instruction for NGC courses, and maintain learning materials. A bachelor's degree and extensive experience in Foundations tradecraft are required, along with a Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support federal agency training using advanced geospatial thinking and human geography principles in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Foundations tradecraft and methodology.
• Minimum 2 years delivering learning content to adult learners.
• Possess a current Top Secret / SCI Personnel Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Foundation GEOINT data.
• Deliver GEOINT tradecraft instruction for NGC courses.
• Maintain and update courseware and learning materials.
• Apply mission-relevant tradecraft in learning events.
