Kaplan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of GEO Strategy & AI Search Activation to drive GEO and AI-visible strategies for higher education and Kaplan product lines. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate publisher outreach, and optimize knowledge graph presence across LLMs and AI models.

You will oversee sentiment audits, data accuracy, and SEO governance while integrating content best practices and retrieval-augmented generation concepts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SEO, digital outreach, or content marketing for multi-website portfolios.
• Experience leading GEO & AI search strategies.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership and outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and manage GEO/off-page search strategies for education and test prep lines.
• Build programmatic GEO authority across core domains and brands.
• Lead multi-tier publisher outreach and media opportunities.
• Audit sentiment and correct third-party inaccuracies across sites and portals.
• Monitor AI performance metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
• Apply foundational SEO best practices to GEO initiatives and web projects.
• Collaborate across SEO, Product Marketing, Legal, Editorial and Web teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery and maintain human oversight.
