Kaplan seeks a Senior Manager, GEO Strategy & AI Search Activation to lead GEO and AI-search initiatives across Higher Education and Test Prep lines. You will drive off-page strategies, publisher outreach, and data-driven optimization to raise entity visibility in LLMs and AI copilots.

Remote/Nationwide role requiring strong SEO, GEO, and analytics experience, with collaboration across marketing, product, and legal teams to improve search performance and brand trust.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, CS, or related discipline.
• 6+ years managing organic search (SEO), digital outreach, or content marketing across multi-website portfolios with GEO/AI focus.
• Deep familiarity with GEO and AI search concepts, LLM retrieval mechanics, and entity-based SEO.
• Strong grounding in core SEO methods: keyword research, intent mapping, metadata, on-page optimizations, and internal linking.
• Experience with enterprise search/AI tracking platforms (Profound, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, Looker Studio).
• Proven track record securing high-authority, publisher mentions and citations.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Channel & GEO Strategy to position education brands across GEO and off-page search.
• Drive programmatic GEO authority across core domains and reinforce knowledge bases in AI models.
• Manage tiered publisher engagement; identify sites and coordinate outreach to publications.
• Audit sentiment and correct third‑party inaccuracies through targeted publisher outreach.
• Analyze AI performance metrics across models and platforms, reporting insights.
• Integrate foundational SEO and content marketing practices into GEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with Content Marketing to optimize pages for Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Lead cross‑functional alignment across SEO, Product Marketing, Legal, Editorial, and Web teams.
• Utilize AI tools and prompts to accelerate discovery and reporting with human oversight.
