Kaplan seeks a Senior Manager, GEO Strategy & AI Search Activation to shape the visibility of our Higher Education and test prep brands across Generative Engine Optimization and AI search platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive publisher outreach, and integrate SEO with AI-driven insights to elevate Kaplan’s university and test-prep portfolios.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing organic search (SEO), digital outreach, or content marketing strategies for multi-website portfolios, including a minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate, deploy, and manage forward-thinking Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and off-page search strategies.
• Build programmatic GEO authority across core academic and professional verticals.
• Operationalize a multi-tiered publisher engagement model; identify target sites and outreach to publications and education portals.
• Conduct sentiment audits across third-party websites and education portals to identify inaccuracies and drive corrective outreach.
• Monitor and report on AI performance metrics across multiple AI models and platforms.
• Incorporate foundational SEO and content marketing best practices into GEO initiatives and cross-functional web projects.
• Partner with internal Content Marketing teams to optimize pages for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and embed SME insights.
