Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals’ Genetics Center seeks a Senior Product Manager to pioneer clinical use cases for proteomic and genomic data. You will develop products from large integrated genomics, proteomics and EMR datasets, collaborating with Business Development, Laboratory staff and scientific groups.

The role is based at the Tarrytown, NY location with four days onsite per week required and no remote option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computational biology, or a related field with extensive industry experience (or a PhD with +7 years equivalent).
• Demonstrated expertise in software engineering or product design.
• Proven ability to translate scientific results into product prototypes.
• Proven track record of independently leading and running research projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in interdisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to present data, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Mock up products based on proteomic, EHR, and genomic datasets.
• Draft specifications for software to display disease risk predictions and evaluate results.
• Turn disease prediction ideas into concrete project proposals with budgets.
• Stay informed on market trends in disease prediction and genomics data to refine product directions.
• Deliver clear presentations of genomics/proteomic use cases to leadership.
• Assist in designing clinical validation programs for products.
• Lead partner and customer discussions to test hypotheses and summarize feedback for leadership.
