Institutional Investor Group Technology (IIGT) is seeking a Senior Genesys Developer with extensive experience in coding and architectural design. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Genesys technologies and a proven track record in developing and implementing complex solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive the future state architecture of our Contact Center product while also being hands-on with coding and development.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement Genesys-based solutions to meet business requirements for our modernized Contact Center product.
2. Lead the architectural design and future state planning for our Genesys platform within the Contact Center solution.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Genesys solutions.
4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Genesys applications.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Genesys technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
7. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Genesys solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Strong proficiency in Genesys Framework, Genesys SDK, and related technologies.
2. Experience with cloud-based Genesys solutions (e.g., Genesys Cloud).
3. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
7. Experience with Agentic AI Framework.
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
9. 7+ years of experience in Genesys development and architecture.
