Qualifications

• 5+ years’ hands-on Genesys Cloud Architect experience.
• Experience in call flow development and complex routing.
• Strong REST API and data actions knowledge.
• Banking/financial services compliance familiarity.
• Genesys Cloud Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of Genesys Cloud routing strategies.
• Develop and configure data actions and integrate systems.
• Implement CI/CD and governance for deployments.
• Mentor offshore/onshore teams and conduct code reviews.
• Create technical docs and user stories with acceptance criteria.
