You will travel from your home in a company truck to customer sites and perform maintenance and service tasks. This role emphasizes safe practices, accurate electronic paperwork, and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing generator equipment and knowledge of combustion engines.
• Familiarity with diesel, natural gas, or propane engines and electrical power systems.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and to work as part of a field service team.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service above and beyond expectations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose engine and electrical repairs on power generation equipment.
• Perform work at customer sites or at the local shop.
• Use safe practices with operation of service truck.
• Perform preventive maintenance on power generation equipment.
• Perform start-ups on power generation equipment.
• Perform warranty work on power generation equipment.
• Process required paperwork and electronic submissions within deadlines.
• Maintain parts inventory of service truck.
• 24/7 on-call technician.
