Job summary

Amazon's AWS Global Sales is hiring a Senior Generative AI & ML Specialist Solutions Architect in Seattle to influence customers at scale, guiding architectural decisions and accelerating AI/ML adoption across large enterprises.

You will lead 1:many webinars, develop rapid proofs-of-concept, contribute to AWS blogs, and collaborate with SAs, sales and service teams in NAMER. Strong technical depth and public-speaking prowess are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (software, cloud, infrastructure).
• 3+ years designing, implementing, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development or consulting in software/Internet industries.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
• 2+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, DB, Storage).
• Hands-on experience with AI services in AWS, Azure or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Educate and influence customers at scale with deep technical knowledge and thought leadership via 1:many webinars and workshops.
• Engage with senior engineers, architects, product leaders, data scientists, and executives to understand pain points and requirements.
• Design solutions that make use of AWS AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, and other AI/ML services.
• Be an expert in ML concepts like fine tuning, ML Ops, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and security for AI agents.
• Build rapid proofs-of-concepts for Agentic AI and ML applications.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, Business Development and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate adoption in the Americas.
• Evangelize AWS ML services through blogs, whitepapers, and public speaking events.
• Act as a technical liaison for customer feedback to product teams.
• Advise senior stakeholders on architectural trade-offs and long-term strategy.
• Develop and support an internal GenAI community in the Americas.
