Job summary

Capgemini seeks a senior AI software architect to design and build production‑grade conversational and agentic AI applications. You will code in Python, work with APIs/JSON, and modern software practices to integrate agents with enterprise systems. The role involves securing authentication, IAM, and CI/CD in a hybrid environment.

You will deploy on GCP, evaluate agent frameworks, and ensure observability, testing, and production readiness while collaborating with customer engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as Lead/Architect or similar senior role.
• Strong hands-on Python/software engineering.
• Experience in Gemini / Generative AI app development and Vertex AI.
• Solid exposure to REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience in RAG / embeddings / enterprise grounding.
• GCP deployment, IAM and security fundamentals, enterprise integration.
• Experience with Google ADK, CES / GECX, CCaaS integration, multi-agent architectures and observability.
• Experience with streaming/real-time APIs and production conversational AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade conversational and agentic AI apps.
• Develop with Python, APIs, JSON and modern software practices.
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, CRM, databases, and backend systems.
• Develop full-stack components and secure authentication, IAM and secret management.
• Deploy apps using applicable GCP services and ensure observability and testing.
