You will oversee LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and AI governance, collaborating with global teams to ensure security, compliance, and reliability in production AI systems. This is a high-impact SVP-level position with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application development or engineering with production AI/ML focus.
• Deep expertise in LLM architectures and AI orchestration.
• Hands-on with open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Gemma) and cloud AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end generative AI solutions for intelligent operations.
• Lead LLM pipelines and model deployment with open-source and proprietary models.
• Design governance, guardrails, and bias/hallucination mitigation in production AI.
