Omega CRM is seeking an AI/Cloud Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven customer experience solutions. You will work on LLM-based agents with tool calling, memory, and orchestration, and manage pipelines for embeddings, vector databases, and RAG evaluations.

Qualifications

• Experience taking LLMs and agents into production.
• Strong command of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector search, evaluation.
• Backend in Python/TypeScript; frontend with React.
• Security: OAuth/OIDC, secrets management, per-user permissions.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• LLM observability (Langfuse) and automated evaluation.

Responsibilities

• LLM-based agents: design and development with tool calling, memory, orchestration.
• Documentation and information retrieval: pipelines with embeddings, vector DBs, RAG, evaluation.
• AWS solutions: deployment and operations on Bedrock and AgentCore using IaC.
• Full stack development: APIs, integrations, authentication, UI, MCP/API integrations.
• Measure and improve observability, costs, latency, and response quality.
