Job summary

Omega CRM, a Merkle company and part of the dentsu group, is seeking an AI/Cloud Full Stack Developer to build AI-powered customer-facing solutions. The team develops agents that query data, reason over it, and assist day-to-day decisions, with production systems on AWS Bedrock and AgentCore.

You will contribute across the stack—backend APIs, authentication, frontend UI, and integration with MCP—plus embeddings, vector stores, and observability to optimize costs and latency.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI/ML powered applications with LLMs in production.
• Ability to design scalable backend/APIs and frontend integrations with React.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-based agents with tool calling, memory, and orchestration.
• Build pipelines with embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and evaluate response quality.
• Deploy and operate AWS solutions including Bedrock and AgentCore using IaC.
• Develop backend APIs, authentication, and front-end integrations with MCP and internal systems.
• Monitor observability, costs, latency, and response quality.
