• Lead POC initiatives to adopt emerging technologies.
• Contribute to high-quality services meeting QoS requirements.
• Develop reusable assets to improve productivity and resolve production issues.
• Interface with customers during warranty support to fix issues promptly.
• Address issues during testing to ensure clean releases.
