Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, with highway, earthwork, or utility projects.
• 3+ years leading Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams across multiple projects.
• Proven ability to manage safety, schedule, quality, and project performance.
• Thorough knowledge of heavy civil construction means, methods, and equipment utilization.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with project managers, clients, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of field operations across the civil portfolio to support project delivery.
• Evaluate project performance, identify risks, and implement productivity and quality improvements.
• Oversee workforce planning, hiring, and leadership development for field teams.
• Manage resources and equipment utilization to maximize efficiency for multiple projects.
• Establish field standards and best practices to drive consistency and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers and executives to align planning and execution with goals.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement in field operations.
