This role targets an experienced litigator able to manage a sophisticated caseload, mentor juniors, and contribute to growth in the Texas market.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Texas Bar in good standing.
• 4+ years in General Liability or Insurance Defense.
• Proven track record leading a legal team.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a General Liability caseload from inception to trial or resolution.
• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation plans including depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Mentor associate attorneys and legal staff on case development.
• Serve as primary point of contact for insurance carriers and corporate clients.
• Support practice group expansion through networking and relationships.
