The role focuses on representing landlords, business owners, and contractors in general liability and construction litigation, including Labor Law matters.

Qualifications

• Admission to practice in New York is required.
• Experience in personal injury litigation or comparable experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with New York Labor Law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy for general liability actions.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, memos and briefs; review litigation documents.
• Represent clients in court and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Conduct trials and coordinate with medical experts and other professionals.
• Interact with clients and manage multiple matters efficiently.
