Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability claims with moderate supervision.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve claims management processes.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants.
