Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a General Liability Senior Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada with a strong defense litigation background. The role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to advance by handling substantive defense matters.

The ideal candidate holds a Nevada bar license, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and at least 8 years of defense litigation experience, including trial exposure. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Nevada.
• 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience with catastrophic injury, product liability, construction defect, habitability, transportation, or other general liability matters.
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
